Denville Girls Little League Softball Sponsorship Registration
All sponsors must submit the completed registration for the total amount due for the desired sponsorship. Spring sponsorship forms are due by March 1st of the sponsorship year. The spring season begins on or about April 1 and ends on or about June 15. Website sponsorships expire on midnight on December 31 of the sponsorship year. Special agreements for extended, multiyear or specialty sponsorships can be negotiated, and are subject to the approval of the Denville Softball Board.
Single Team Sponsorship Includes the business/sponsor's name on the back of each player's jersey on one recreational team in the spring season. Also includes mention of business sponsorship in listing on the Denville Softball website www.denvillesoftball.org |

Multiple Team Sponsorship - MUST choose more than 1 when checking out! Includes the same benefits as the One Team Sponsorship when the same business sponsors 2 or more teams in the same season. |

Special Program Level or Fund Designated Sponsor This is a program level sponsorship that a person or business may use to donate funds to our organization for the purpose of supporting our program or for a specific item or equipment that is needed to enhance our program or program offerings (i.e. scoreboard, sound system installation, dugout construction,etc.) For a minimum donation to the Denville PAL Softball program, the sponsor will be listed on the Denville softball website and if a business, will also receive a link from the Denville Softball website www.denvillesoftball.org to their business. Additionally, if sponsorship enables the organization to purchase something that is viewable to the public (i.e. a scoreboard or a dugout), we will post a sponsorship plaque at the site as is acceptable by town ordinances or allowed by the recreation department. |
