12U Blue Devils Capture 2008 Fall Ball Championship

After finishing 7-3 in the regular season, the 12U Blue Devils entered the 13-team, single elimination Jefferson Fall Travel League playoffs as the number 2 seed. The12U Blue Devils capped off a great year by going undefeated in the playoffs to capture the championship. The Blue Devils outscored their opponents 36-4 during the three game playoff series. The team members are Mia Baldassari, Madison Beumee, Chelsea Fischer, Raelyn Giansanti, Kristen Gustavson, Kelsey Hanson, Chelsea Maher, Ashley Pinter, Mary Schreck, Christie Shaw, and Emily Wisneski. The coaches are Tony Baldassari and Mike Hanson.

2009 Blue Devils Begin Fall Practice

The 2009 Blue Devils in the 10U, 12U and 14U age groups have started their fall practice routines. The teams are taking advantage of the opportunity to practice outside before the cold weather arrives. The Blue Devils will move their practices indoors in the winter months before starting the Spring season in April.

2009 Girls Softball Registration Has Begun

Registration for the 2009 Denville PAL Girls Softball Recreation League is in progress. Registration is for players attending Kindergarten through 12th grades. Registration forms are due by January 10. Forms can be printed from the website on the forms page. They will also available at the recreation office in Town Hall beginning November 7.
