10U Blue Devils Finish Second at the Sparta School's Out Tournament

June 24, 2007 - 16 10U teams traveled to Sparta this weekend to compete for the School's Out Tournament Championship. After strong performances in the seeding games on Friday and Saturday, the 10U Blue Devils entered the single elimination portion of the tournament on Sunday as the number 1 seed in the A-bracket. After two more impressive victories on Sunday, the 10U Blue Devils advanced to the finals to face Rockaway. The Blue Devils dropped a close one in the finals and brought home the second place trophy.
