Registration Forms

• Travel Team Player Registration Form - This form is the register a player to tryout for the 10U, 12U, 14U, or 16U Blue Devil Travel Softball Teams.
• Recreation League Player Registration Form - This form is to register a player for the Denville PAL Girls Softball Recreation League. All girls from Kindergarten through 12th grade who register in a timely fashion will be assigned to a team.
• Denville Summer Travel League Team Registration Form - This form is to register a team in the Denville Summer Travel Softball League. The league runs from mid-June through the end of July and has divisions supporting the 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U age groups.

Insurance and Medical Forms

• PAL Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Form - This form is required for all players in the Denville PAL Girls Softball recreation divisions and all players on the Denville Blue Devils travel teams.
• Babe Ruth Consent for Treatement Form - This form is required for all players participating in the Babe Ruth District Championship Tournament.

Sponsor Registration Form

• Sponsor Registration Form - This form is required for all team sponsors.
