- Take Route 206 North approximately 1.5 miles
- Turn left onto Four Bridges Road and follow to end
- Turn left onto Bartley Roa and go 1/3 mile
- Turn left into Palmer Park
From Points East Using Route 80
- Take Route 80 West to Exit 26 (Route 46 West Budd Lake)
- Take Route 46 West apprximately 4.5 miles
- Turn left onto Naurghtright Road and go 3.3 miles
- Turn right onto East Springtown Road
- Bear right at the fork and continue .25 miles
- Rock Spring park is on the left
From downtime Chester
- Take Route 24 to the center of Long Valley
- Turn Right onto Schooley's Mountain Road
- The park is on the right behind the Police Station
