The Denville Blue Devils travel softball program consists of several teams in different age brackets. These teams play in travel leagues and tournaments within the NW New Jersey area. The 8U Blue Devils team is for players who are 6, 7, or 8 years old as of January 1 in the year in which they are playing.
The 2009 team was picked from open tryouts that took place in May. The players are Carolyn Beddow, Nicole Borowiec, Sarah Daniels, Morgan DeLoreto, NIkki Effner, Stephanie Frank, Elyse Halpern, Jaclyn Hyer, Elizabeth Kelson, Erin Nappi, Gianna Rella, Carley Smith, Meaghan Thompson, and Meghan Torkos. |
